Labour delegation presents i-reguregu at Viseisei Village

A delegation from the Fiji Labour Party, the National Farmers Union and the Fiji Trades Union Congress presented its i-reguregu at the chiefly village of Viseisei on Saturday.

The delegation of 10 included Labour Leader Mahendra Chaudhry and FLP’s assistant secretary-general Lekh Ram Vayeshnoi. They made their presentation at 4pm on Saturday.

The delegation included FTUC President Daniel Urai and National Secretary FElix Anthony. NFU was represented by Vyas Deo Sharma and Balram Jinna.

Jone Nabou of Nadi was the delegation’s spokesperson.

Former President and Tui Vuda Ratu Josefa Iloilo’s funeral cortege left Suva this morning for the chiefly village of Viseisei in Vuda. The State funeral will be held on Thursday.
